Micaul Solar Wood Stoves and Boilers
In addition to the sheer beauty and natural warmth of a wood burning stove, the use of a stove to provide domestic hot water and heating is one of the most environmentally friendly heating systems available today. Providing the wood comes from a sustainable source, it is classed as a source of renewable energy.
With more and more wood burning stoves being installed now, there is much greater focus on management of our woodlands to provide this source of energy, encouraging the planting of new trees to provide an even greater and positive impact on CO² as well as supporting local communities and their employment.
Wood burning stoves can be used solely for local space heating or can integrated into an existing central heating and hot water system and are available as Multifuel stoves which can burn either wood, solid fuel or peat or wood burning only.
Technology such as air wash to keep the fire doors clean, riddling grates to provide easy and clean disposal of ash and air control systems across virtually all ranges of stove, provide the most efficient burning conditions and user control. There’s no more removing ash and loading up the fire in the cold winter mornings, stoves can now be controlled to provide the heat when you need it including running at minimum burn overnight.
